Abstract

【課題】ガソリンの移動床式接触改質方法に関し、装置の水素平衡を大きく改善し、反応の促進および触媒の失活を制限する新規接触改質方法を提供する。 【解決手段】触媒還元帯域からの流出物の少なくとも一部を、供給原料を予備加熱することができる供給原料/流出物熱交換器の入口に再循環させ、他の部分を、場合により第1の反応器の頭部に再循環させることによって、かつ再循環圧縮機からのガスを一連の反応器のうちの最後から2番目の反応器の頭部に再循環する。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new catalytic reforming method in which the hydrogen equilibrium of an apparatus is improved greatly, the reaction is promoted, and the deactivation of catalyst is restricted relating with a moving bed formula catalytic reforming method of gasoline.SOLUTION: The new catalytic reforming method is characterized as follows. At least one part of effluent from a catalyst reducing zone region is made to recycle at the entrance of a feedstock/effluent heat exchanger which can preheat a feedstock, other parts are made to recycle at the head of the first reactor depending on the situation, and the gas from a recycling compressor is made to recycle at the head of the second reactor from the last of a series of reactors.
