Abstract

【課題】少ないセンサの数でケバによる縫い品質の低下を抑止する。 【解決手段】針板14上の被縫製物C1,C2に下方から接して送り動作を行う送り歯1と、被縫製物に上方から接する押さえ足2と、送り歯による送り方向に交差する方向について被縫製物の縫い目に沿った端部の位置を移動調節する端部調節機構と、被縫製物の端部が所定位置にあるか否かを検知する検知手段43と、被縫製物の端部と縫い目とが平行となるように検知手段による検知結果に基づいて端部調節機構の調節駆動源4,8を制御する制御手段13と、を備えるミシンにおいて、制御手段は、検知手段の被縫製物の端部の検知状態が継続する送り距離に基づいてケバの有無を判定し、判定結果に基づいて調節駆動源による調節動作を実行するという構成を採っている。 【選択図】図14
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration in sewing quality due to nap with a small number of sensors. <P>SOLUTION: The sewing machine includes: a feed dog 1 which is brought into contact with workpieces C1 and C2 on a throat plate 14 from below and performs a feed operation; a presser foot 2 to be in contact with the workpiece from above; an end part adjusting mechanism for moving and adjusting the position of an end part along the stitch of the workpiece for a direction crossing a feed direction by the feed dog; detection means 43 for detecting whether or not the end part of the workpiece is at a prescribed position; and control means 13 for controlling the adjustment drive sources 4 and 8 of the end part adjusting mechanism on the basis of a detection result by the detection means so that the end part of the workpiece and the stitch are in parallel. The control means determines the presence/absence of the nap on the basis of a feed distance in which the detection state of the end part of the workpiece by the detection means continues, and performs an adjusting operation by the adjustment drive source on the basis of a determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
