Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized lightweight current sensor having superior water resistance, capable of reducing cost by forming a sectional area of each magnetic core to be small, concerning a current sensor for detecting a current in a wire to be measured by enclosing a part of a circumferential surface of the wire to be measured, by bonding circularly divided magnetic cores. <P>SOLUTION: The current sensor 1 includes a pair of magnetic cores 6, 7 formed into a semi-circular shape; a coil 15 wound on at least either of the magnetic cores; and a pair of casings 4, 5 for storing the magnetic cores respectively. In the current sensor, a current in the wire to be measured is detected by the coil, by circularly bonding the pair of the magnetic cores, and by enclosing the part of the circumferential surface of the wire 60 to be measured by the semi-circular magnetic cores. The magnetic cores include body parts 6a, 7a, including a silicon steel product formed into a semi-circular shape, and planar bonding parts 6b, 7b including a ferrite material provided, respectively on both ends of the semi-circular body parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
【課題】分割された磁気コアを環状に結合することによって被測電線の一部周面を包囲し、前記被測電線の電流を検出する電流センサにおいて、防水性に優れ、かつ前記磁気コアの断面積を小さく形成してかかるコストを低減し、小型軽量化を可能とする電流センサを提供する。 【解決手段】半円環状に形成された一対の磁気コア6,7と、前記磁気コアの少なくとも一方に巻回されたコイル15と、前記磁気コアをそれぞれ収容する一対のケーシング4,5とを備え、前記一対の磁気コアを円環状に結合すると共に該円環状の磁気コアにより被測電線60の一部周面を包囲し、前記コイルによって前記被測電線の電流を検出する電流センサ1であって、前記磁気コアは、半円環状に形成されたケイ素鋼材からなる本体部6a、7aと、前記半円環状の本体部の両先端部にそれぞれ設けられたフェライト材からなる板状の結合部6b、7bとを有する。 【選択図】図1
