Method for preventing lining body from floating up

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a lining body from floating up, which can surely prevent the lining body from floating up by buoyancy of groundwater, when a shield machine is propelled. SOLUTION: A drainage device 40 is mounted in the mouth of a grout hole 38 of an invert portion of a U-shaped lining body 35 or an annular lining one 36. The drainage device 40 includes: a first on-off valve 41 which is connected to the grout hole 38; a cross joint 42 which is connected to the first on-off valve 41 and which enables a channel to branch off in three directions; and a preventer 43, a drain hose 44 and a hose 45 for injecting a back-filling material, which are each connected to the cross joint 42. 【課題】シールド機を推進させるにあたり、地下水の浮力による覆工体の浮き上がりを確実に防止することが可能な覆工体の浮き上がり防止方法を提供する。 【解決手段】U型覆工体35又は環状覆工体36のインバート部のグラウトホール38の口元に排水装置40を取り付ける。排水装置40は、グラウトホール38に接続される第一の開閉バルブ41と、第一の開閉バルブ41に接続され、流路を3方に分岐可能なクロス継手42と、このクロス継手42にそれぞれ接続されているプリペンダー43、水抜き用ホース44及び裏込材注入用ホース45とを備えている。 【選択図】図22
