Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance and to reduce the possibility of leakage of nitrogen gas by preventing an O-ring of a valve seat from dropping off into a valve casing and reducing mounting portions of the valve seat when removing a valve stem in disassembling and inspecting a gate valve. SOLUTION: The valve seat of the gate valve is integrated with the valve casing and the O-ring serving as a seat member is deleted to improve maintenability in disassembly and inspection. There is no possibility of dropping-off of the O-ring when removing the gate valve from the valve casing during a periodic inspection and this is effective as a countermeasure for loose parts. By installing a spring between a valve lid and the valve stem, the valve stem can be pressed against the seat during closing of the valve and seat performance can be improved. 【課題】仕切弁の分解点検時に弁棒を取外す場合、メンテナンスし易くし、弁座シート部のOリングの弁箱内への脱落を防止し、弁座シート部の取付け個所を減少して、窒素ガスがリークする可能性も低減する。 【解決手段】仕切弁の弁座シート部を弁箱と一体化し、シート部材であるOリングを削除することにより、分解点検時のメンテナンス性が向上する。また、定検時に仕切弁を弁箱から取外す際のOリング脱落の可能性も無くなり、ルースパーツ対策としても有効である。弁蓋と弁棒間にばねを設置することにより、弁閉時に弁棒をシート部に対して押付けることが可能となり、シート性能を向上させることができる。 【選択図】 図1
